I have always been interested in art and involved myself initially by attended life drawing classes, then A level Art and undertaking a foundation course at UWIC which lead on to a BA Fine Art Degree ( Hons) at Howard Gardens and completing at Glamorgan University in 2008.

Drawing is a personal communication for me. A quick sketch meaningless to others may hold the key for a new idea or capture the essence of an emotion. I feel it’s a private sounding board, a vocabulary where I communicate information to myself. I have found drawing a useful tool when compiling ideas and thoughts towards the creation of a painting.
