Sol Jorgensen

Sol Jorgensen exhibited in the I.C.A. in the first year of her degree, and taught Fine Art at St Martins , London. A year after  she chose to work in Chapter Arts for ten years, as an artist in the community but
left to look after her disabled son.
She has returned now to her first love, drawing and is the Artist in Residence a Butetown History and Arts from September 2008.

Exhibition at Butetown History and Arts Centre, June3rd. to June 14th.
A brief glimpse into the lives of Sol Jorgensen and her son Seth who suffers from hypotonia and learning disabilities. This exhibition features beautifully crafted and sometimes painfully draw images by Sol together with her intimate poetry directly from the heart of a full time carer.
